Our Facility

As a battery manufacturing company, it is our purpose to deliver quality that speaks volumes. Our manufacturing plant is situated in Manesar, Gurgaon India, which is a manufacturing hub of auto components.

We tread on international quality standards to make for the fields of engineering, simulations, mobility like electric vehicles, telecommunication and much more. Our unit works towards manufacturing with state of the art modern equipment sourced from around the world. Our machinery includes testing of batteries in live test scenario for thermal management, which has newly been introduced as per AIS guidelines.    

Get to know Ecomile batteries:

  • We allow only high-quality of BIS-approved Cells to be used across our applications. All our EV applications are fit with A+ grade cells that feature low internal resistance. This makes sure that the heat generated within is minimal and controlled. 
  • We integrate A-grade cells for energy storage and solar applications. These are known to possess high internal resistance and longer life cycles.
  • Tamper-proof, leakproof, water resistant, intelligently air-tight, heat sealed and tested to work flawlessly in extreme conditions.

Customer Awareness

If you wish to have your Ecomile Lithium-ion Battery always running on, follow these simple steps –

  • In case of damage or loss, always replace the charger from trusted sources.
  • Avoid using any other charger with batteries than the one provided.
  • Keep the battery away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid charging the battery till 100%
  • Avoid letting the battery discharge at a complete 0%

Along with care, there are also rules that cater to safely handling the battery –

  • Avoid taking the battery out of the vehicle when fixed.
  • Keep the batteries away from all sorts of water exposure. Contact your vehicle dealer if support is needed.
  • In case of an accident, do not step anywhere near the battery
  • If you notice a sudden drop in the range of the vehicle, immediately contact the vehicle dealer.
